CaosToEms This java class is the main program of this project. When run, the program will pull its configuration from two sources: -The Spring configuration files (spring/caos.properties,spring/ems.properties) -The program runtime options (default name: CaosToEmsConfig.xml) The purpose of this program is to sync Curricular schedule information with the EMS Event Management System. The program utilizes the UW CAOS web services and the EMS read-write API (Advanced license)
